southwest jazz dance company has been created to meet the needs of
professional dancers seeking
to apply their art within the New
Mexico community through training, mentoring, education and performance.
 Alyssa Costales Aly has been training for eighteen years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions, as well as choreographing for shows and competitions, and teaching at elite. Aly's strength are her versatility in dance and her ability to choreograph and perform all styles. Aly is currently attending the Central New Mexico Community College. |
Stephanie Sedillo Stephanie has been training for ten years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions. Stephanie's strength is her musicality and acting, plus her lovely personality and sweetness of spirit. Stephanie is currently attending the University of New Mexico and is pursuing a degree in Geography. |
Kira Akmajian Kira has been training for fifteen years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions, as well as choreographing for productions and competitions. Kira also teaches tap at elite. Kira's strengths are her passion for dance and her teaching ability. Kira is currently attending the University of New Mexico and is pursuing a degree in Media Arts. |
 Robbie Rodriquez Robbie has been training for ten years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions. Robbie is a teacher at elite dance studio, stars new mexcio and fishback studio. Robbie choreographs for elite productions, as well as competitions for elite and other studios. Robbie's strength is his commitment to dance and his choreogrpahy. Robbie is currently pursuing a degree in Business Managemeent at UNM. |
Alyssa Williams Alyssa has been training for ten years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions. Alyssa's strengths are her technique and fluidity of movement, which is beautiful to see on stage. Alyssa is currently a pre-med student at UNM which has great demands on her time. Alyssa has been able to continue to train and dance, which speaks volumes for her discipline and commitment to all that she does. |
Johnathon Crues Johnathon has been training for fourteen years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions. Johnathon's strengths are his performance abilities and his passion for dance, plus his versatility in all dance forms. Johnathon is currently the choreogrpaher for the James Monroes Middle School Show Choir . |
Esther Michnovicz Esther has been training for twenty years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions. Esther teaches and is the head of the ballet program at elite. Esther's strengths are her ability to teach and choreograph, along with her quiet but firm strength and passion for excellence. Esther is married to Jared and has just become a new mother to Asher Grey. Esther continues to teach and dance, along with her more important priorities of being a wife and mother. |
 Sandra
GarciaSandra has been training for twenty years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions. Sandra's strengths are her tapping, plus her commitment to dance. Sandra also teaches at elite and has choreographed for prodcutions. Sandra has graduated for Central New Mexico Community College and currently works full time along with dancing. |
Megan Othling Megan has been training for eighteen years and is a soloist and lead role actor in elite productions. Megan is a full time teacher with the Oak Grove academy and also teaches dance at elite. Megan's strengths are her technical training in ballet and her lovely stage presence. Megan has just recently married andy and is now juggling the responsibilities of a wife, along with work and dance. |
